Everyone knows I love my iPhone. Despite holding out for so long adamant that iPhones were for muppets I eventually gave in…well when I say I gave in, my phone broke and within a week my iPod broke and there seemed to be one logical solution to both of those problems. So now I own an iPhone.
It has completely changed my life. I love that I can read the news headlines before I get out of bed in the morning. I feel more prepared for the day that way. I feel like I’ve mitigated the risk of nasty surprises. However, I’m a bit sad about the absence of great craft apps. I don’t really have any suggestions, I just hoped that someone out there would have created something that would make my crafty life even more enjoyable.
I did find one that I like though. Its called Pano and it’s not very expensive to download from the app store. It allows you to take panoramic shots and merge them together. It takes a little practice to get right but I can’t imagine it could be any easier to use. My friend Caroline took this picture while we were in Ireland this summer. It creates the most amazing panoramic shots and when I’ve shown this picture to friends they can’t believe it was taken with an iPhone.
I’ll keep searching for more and post if I find any great ones.
